As of 2022, the following documents are typically required to apply for a Vanuatu Passport By Investment. Your application case manager can help you compile the relevant documentation and will ensure that all is in order before submission.

Main passport applicant

A. For the FIU Due Diligence checks:

1. A valid passport copy – notarized or certified by lawyer (must be valid for another 6 months beyond the citizenship application date)

2. A copy of your identity card – notarized or certified by lawyer (if you don’t have an identity card, a notarized or certified copy of your driver’s license will suffice also).

3. Your CV in English

4. Your duly completed FIU application form

5. A police clearance certificate – no criminal record.

B. For the filing of your application:

1. A  notarized copy of your birth certificate

2. Asset report – certified copy – prepared by an accountant, lawyer, notary public or an auditor – we can supply a sample on request

3. Medical examination certificate prepared by a physician – we can supply a sample on request

4. A scanned high-resolution color version of your passport photo

5. Your employment certification – document issued by  your employer, or an affidavit if you’re self-employed – a sample can be provided on request

6. Bank reference – issued by your banker – a sample can be provided on request

7. Professional reference – document issued by your lawyer/accountant or another professional who knows you

8. A copy of your academic qualification

9. Proof of address/utility bill

10. FIU check result

11. Nomination Form – a sample can be supplied on request

12. Passport Application Form – a sample can be supplied on request.

Spouse/Adult dependent applicants: 

A. For the FIU due diligence check:

1. A valid passport copy – notarized or certified by a lawyer (must be valid for another 6 months)

2. A copy of their identity cards – notarized or certified by lawyer (if they don’t have an identity card, a notarized or certified copy of their driver’s license can suffice)

3. Their CV in English

4. FIU application form

5. Police clearance certificate – no criminal record.

B. For filing the application:

1. A copy of their birth certificate – notarized

2. A medical examination certificate prepared by a physician – sample on request

3. A scanned high-resolution color version of their passport photo

4. Marriage certificate – notarized or certified by lawyer

5. Copy of their academic certification

6. Nomination Form – sample available on request

7. Passport Application Form – sample available on request.

Dependent applicants under 18:

1. Valid passport copy – notarized or certified by lawyer (must be valid for another 6 months)

2. Copy of identity card – notarized or certified by lawyer (if the client does not have an identity card, notarized or certified copy of their driver’s license)

3. Copy of birth certificate – notarized or certified by lawyer

4. Medical examination certificate prepared by a physician – sample on request

5. Scanned high resolution color version of a passport photo

6. Passport Application Form – sample available on request.
