Agreement, fee and initial documents
Sign your service agreement, pay the stated US$5,500 due diligence charge and provide the initial application documents.
These typically include the initial nomination form, certified identity documents, your CV and police certificates, with family records where relevant.
FIU due diligence clearance
The Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) conducts the relevant background checks. We communicate the outcome and any requests for further information.
FIU clearance is an important stage in the process; final citizenship approval is a separate government decision.
Prepare the remaining documents
We work with you to complete the second-stage documentation and check that the application is ready for submission.
We explain any additional financial, medical, certification or family-document requirements for your case.
Submit your application
Your complete file proceeds through the authorised submission channel. We explain the relevant pre-approval and payment instructions before the principal program amount becomes payable.
DSP involves a government contribution. CIIP also includes its applicable investment component.
Citizenship approval
The Vanuatu authorities consider the application and issue the citizenship approval when the requirements have been met.

Complete the oath
Following approval, we coordinate the oath-taking arrangements and explain how your citizenship certificate is completed.

Does FIU clearance mean my citizenship is approved?
FIU clearance relates to the background-check stage. Final citizenship approval is issued separately by the Vanuatu authorities after the application has met the applicable requirements.
Can I complete the process remotely?
Much of the preparation and communication can be handled remotely. We confirm the oath arrangements, any required biometric appointment and its location, and the passport delivery process for your case.
Can my family apply with me?
Eligible spouses and qualifying dependants can be included. We confirm the family members who qualify, the records required for each applicant and your complete family price before you proceed.
What can delay an application?
Missing or inconsistent documents, police-certificate collection, translations, additional due diligence requests, payment clearance and submission timing can affect the schedule. We review your file and explain outstanding requirements before submission.
